Lilleanna “Lillie” Young, MA., Licensed Professional Counselor
Have you ever felt like you’re standing on the outside trying to fit in? Feeling self-doubt? Constantly overthinking things in the middle of the night? Having crying spells or anxiety that causes you to cancel plans? You may not have the effective coping skills for these situations. I specialize in helping overcome anxiety, depression, grief, & low self-esteem. I believe as the wise Sigmund Freud once said, “out of your vulnerability will come your strength”.
I utilize Solution-focused brief therapy, Dialectic Behavioral Therapy (DBT) & Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to consider all aspects of the whole person. I’m diverse with working with children and adults.
Those close to me often tell me I never meet a stranger. They describe me as being friendly, genuine, open, respectful, honest, and direct. If you’re looking to overcome obstacles, regulate emotions, process feelings, and develop coping skills, let’s embark on a mental health journey where together we will find your strengths through your vulnerability! Please contact me know if you have any questions or when you are ready to begin our journey together.
