We are excited to be offering supervised visits for families! We pride ourselves on providing a welcoming, neutral, ethical, and professional supervised visitation service to individuals and children facing visitation issues in a comfortable and relaxing environment.
Our priority is the safety of all children first. We take all necessary precautions to ensure their health, safety, and welfare are always put first. The decision to offer these services was based on the need for impartial supervisors that are focused on the wellbeing of the child(ren) in Southeast Texas. After numerous requests for supervised visits to be offered and the need being discovered, we added these services to our business. At this time, all supervised visits are in our facility playroom that provides options for the child and individual court ordered for visitation to do. Upon request, we can arrange outdoor activities at our facility as well. If court ordered to attend supervised virtual visitation, we can arrange that as well in our office.

Once we receive this information from you, we will contact you to set up an intake to go over the rules, policies, rates and any concerns or questions you have about the process. We will ask you to pay the intake fee should you decide to move forward and to provide the parents/foster/guardian contact information. Once the intake fee is received, we schedule the intake. How long the intake takes depends on how long it takes the court ordered party to pay the fee and how long it takes us to get all the required paperwork completed and signed by both parties in the court order. We do an intake with the non-custodial parent and the custodial parent as well.
