Life is full of ups and downs, and at times, the weight of those challenges can feel overwhelming. Whether it’s the stress of everyday responsibilities, navigating relationships, or personal struggles, no one is immune to the difficulties life throws our way. That’s where I hope to help. I am passionate about walking alongside individuals as they uncover their inner strengths, process difficult emotions, and take actionable steps towards creating lasting changes.
With a strong foundation in education and counseling, I wish to provide tailored therapeutic support that meets the unique needs of each individual. My approach is rooted in a combination of cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused techniques, and strength-based counseling, all aimed at fostering resilience and personal growth. Whether you’re facing anxiety, depression, or navigating life transitions, my goal is to help you build the skills and strategies necessary to cope, thrive, and reach your personal goals.
Working in both educational and clinical settings has afforded me the opportunity to work with a diverse range of individuals. From working in Special Education services, I specialize in working with those who experience challenges related to education, behavioral concerns, ADHD, grief, trauma, and relationship issues. I am looking forward to working closely with families and couples, supporting them in fostering healthier communication, understanding, and connection. My experience allows me to create a safe and welcoming environment where individuals can explore their challenges and work toward meaningful solutions, all while building a sense of self-worth and confidence.
A LITTLE ABOUT ME:
I enjoy spending my free time engaging in outdoor activities, exploring new places, and making meaningful connections with the world around me. Whether it’s through travel, nature walks, or time with family and friends, I value creating space for relaxation and reflection. I have been happily married over 20 years with adult children and one teenager still at home.
